An accountant, Certified Auditor (CNAI) and specialist in international tax and succession planning, Vagner Quito has more than 15 years of experience structuring and restructuring global wealth. Throughout his career, he has led hundreds of projects across varying levels of complexity and jurisdictions such as the United States, the British Virgin Islands, Cayman, Bahamas and European countries.

Before founding 4Tax, he worked at KPMG Brazil, where he consolidated his experience in auditing and international structures. Today, he leads the firm’s strategy and advises families and entrepreneurs on building wealth structures aimed at asset protection, tax efficiency and succession planning.

With more than 12 years of experience in finance, international investments and project management, Luiz Gomes works at the intersection of financial strategy, governance and operational efficiency. His career includes leading strategic areas at asset managers specialized in U.S. investments, focusing on financial analysis, the development of internal controls and the optimization of corporate processes.

At 4Tax, he contributes to structuring international solutions and to strengthening the firm’s governance and management, supporting clients in conducting wealth operations with strategic vision and a long-term focus.

An accountant and specialist in the implementation, management and governance of international structures, Victor Barcelos brings together more than 12 years of experience administering companies across multiple jurisdictions. Throughout his career, he has built a solid track record in tax and accounting compliance, corporate administration, the preparation of financial statements and the maintenance of international structures, advising clients on optimizing their operations and fulfilling tax and regulatory obligations.

Before joining 4Tax, he worked as a senior auditor at KPMG Brazil, where he consolidated his experience in auditing and accounting. He currently leads 4Tax’s operations and its Innovation and Technology vertical, in addition to overseeing the management of more than 370 international structures, with a focus on tax compliance, corporate governance, technological transformation and operational continuity.

An accountant and Independent Auditor, Rafael Escossia has more than 15 years of experience in auditing and accounting advisory, with a solid track record in regulated environments. During more than a decade at KPMG, he led projects for financial institutions, insurers, investment funds, closed pension entities and companies subject to Brazil’s main regulatory bodies.

His experience spans Brazilian and international accounting standards, including BRGAAP and IFRS, as well as auditing and accounting consulting for corporate structures and complex operations. He holds the General Technical Qualification (QTG) and specific licenses to practice before the CVM, SUSEP, PREVIC and the Central Bank of Brazil.

A specialist in International Corporate Services and Private Client Services, Shyrle Soares works on the implementation and administration of international structures for families, investors and family offices. Her experience includes leading international structuring projects across multiple jurisdictions, with a focus on governance, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

At 4Tax, she leads the Corporate Services area, responsible for executing cross-border projects and coordinating partners and service providers across different jurisdictions. She is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Wealth and Succession Planning at FGV Direito SP, deepening her knowledge of wealth and succession planning.

With more than 10 years of experience in corporate services, compliance and corporate governance, Raphaella de Carvalho is a specialist in US Corporate Services, focused on the incorporation, administration and regularization of corporate structures in the United States.

At 4Tax, she leads the US Corporate Services area, coordinating corporate operations, relationships with local providers and projects related to company maintenance, corporate governance and compliance. She advises clients on managing international structures, providing strategic support and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the entire life cycle of their operations.
